Abstract

Using a novel two-pulse resonance fluorescence technique we demonstrate a Purcell factor of ∼35 in a cavity quantum dot system. Highly coherent single photons are efficiently emitted into a waveguide, forming a near-ideal source for integrated quantum circuits.
