    Abstract

    For more than three decades, the management of information technology resources considered as an activity to support organizations and a service, where the choice of a technology solution or a computer system based on the planning, acquisition activities, maintenance and control of technology resources, for the data processing deployed. In an increasingly competitive market, it appears that companies seek to improve productivity through one of the basic principles is to significantly reduce their operating costs. This article will present, from a case study, an analysis of a multinational company engaged in the provision of IT outsourcing services market, the use of Seis Sigma as a framework for their IT governance can help improve productivity and its consequent significant reduction in costs and improved operational performance in business processes for providing outsourced IT services.
