Abstract

Ultrathin BiFeO 3 films are deposited by liquid injection metal‐organic chemical vapor deposition on SrTiO 3 substrates using a toluene solution of Bi(thd) 3 and Fe(thd) 3 (thd: 2,2,6,6‐tetramethyl‐3,5‐heptanedionate).
