Abstract

The Authors would like to apologize for a missing statement in the Acknowledgment section: "The recommendations included in the manuscript are proposed by the Task Force and should not be considered as official EULAR recommendations." The reason is that the recommendations officially supported by the EULAR as institution are restricted only to those published in the official journal of EULAR (ARD) always under the title "EULAR recommendations". This statement has now been added to the paper online.
