Abstract

The authors regret that in the article Dynamic modelling of milk acidification: An empirical approach, Food and Bioproducts Processing, Volume: 128, July 2021, Pages 41–51 https://doi.org/10.1016/j.fbp.2021.04.010 authored by C.E. Robles-Rodriguez, E. Syzmanska, T. Huppertz, L. Özkan, the poster ‘Dynamic modelling of milk acidification for product design and process control’ by M. Porru, L. Özkan, T. Huppertz, E. Syzmanska presented at the 11th NIZO Dairy Conference was not cited. The author L. Özkan apologizes for this error and states that the poster paved the way for the work presented and does not change the results and conclusions in the journal article.
