N2 - The EC Framework 6 Network of Excellence (NoE) in Design for Micro & Nano Manufacture (PATENT-DfMM) was launched in January 2004 with €6.2M of funding over 4 years. There are 24 partners in the project that engages 150 researchers across Europe. This paper summarises the activities and status of the Modelling & Simulation Cluster within the NoE together with a vision for 2006 and 2007.
