Abstract
This article addresses the legal and regulatory questions that will need to be considered in the EU’s development of a new FinTech Action Plan and Digital Finance Strategy. The legal and regulatory concerns associated with FinTech are distinguished, specifically in relation to crypto-assets. This article argues for the adoption of a practical approach towards the EU’s model of open finance.
