Fluorescence spectroscopy in tissue phantoms for improved depth resolution in molecular imaging

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingsChapterpeer-review

Abstract

We have been able to determine the depth of a fluorescent object in a tissue phantom, by forming a ratio at two different fluorescence wavelengths, for which the phantom has different absorption.
