High speed coarse-fine laser beam steering module for polarization-multiplexed optical scanner

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

An attempt is made to elaborate upon the concept of combined coarse-fine 3-D Polarization-Multiplexed Optical Scanner (P-MOS) for near continuous optical scanning. Basic system theory, architecture and performance results are described.
