title = "IceMOS: Cryo-CMOS Python-Based Calibration Tool",
abstract = "This paper proposes a Python-based tool, called IceMOS, to assists in the calibration of a 65nm Process Design Kit (PDK) for Cryogenic (Cryo) CMOS applications at 4 Kelvin (K). IceMOS automates several recursive tasks such as parameter extraction and simulation-file generation, which are usually done manually in commercial solutions. The 4K-calibrated PDK, using IceMOS, produces simulation results that show an excellent matching with laboratory data obtained from a test chip under 4K conditions, where the Mean Root Square error is less than 0.21μA2. Additionally, IceMOs is several orders of magnitude faster than commercial solutions, making it ideal for designers willing to explore PDK calibration at 4K.",
