Abstract
Ferroelectric and pyroelectric properties in Mn-doped lead zirconate titanate thin films were discussed. No hysteretic fatigue up to 1010 switching bipolar pulse cycles was found in Mn-doped films. Results also showed the formation of low permittivity interfacial layer between the Pt electrode and thin films.
