Abstract

We present a 12-channel wavelength-tunable single-mode laser array based on non-uniformly spaced slots. A quasi-continuous tuning range of >36 nm is obtained over 35°C (from 10°C-45°C) temperature range with side mode suppression ratio >50 dB.
