Low-cost semiconductor swept source laser for near-infrared Optical Coherence Tomography

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingsChapterpeer-review

Abstract

A low-cost swept source laser operating at 850 nm has been fabricated using an optical lithography process. The laser is monolithically integrable without a need for any regrowth step. Initial characterization has confirmed the high quality of the slot geometry and stable single mode operation.
