Abstract

We studied the luminescence spectra and the luminescence decay of ZnSe/ZnS superlattices. The spectra are influenced by well width fluctuations and many particle effects. They showed a blueshift with increasing temperature. In the time-resolved measurements many particle effects caused non-exponential lineshapes and an increase of recombination processes. The increase of the decay time with temperature under all excitation densities could be related to a quenching of some recombination process with temperature.
