Abstract
Riddling bifurcation in the presence of a small parameter mismatch between coupled systems was discussed. In riddling bifurcation one of the unstable periodic orbits embedded in a chatoic attractor become unstable transverse to the attractor. Results showed that the transverse growth of the synchronous attractor is mediated by transverse bifurcations of unstable periodic orbits.
