This report presents preliminary findings from a survey of ESB employees, exploring attitudes towards, and experiences of menopause at work. Respondents included workers who have experience of menopausal transition (termed menopausal) and those who have not (termed non-menopausal or pre-menopausal, when referring to only female respondents).
