N2 - RF detuning of the actively mode-locked fiber ring laser (AMLL) causes deterioration in its performance due to lock-loss of higher cavity modes [1, 2]. The effects of detuning are typically mitigated by either modifying the cavity or using additional optical components [3]. We demonstrate an improvement in the performance of the detuned AMLL using multiple RF input signals without altering the cavity while achieving an extension of the injection range of the modes and increasing number of locked modes.
