Modelling and numerical analysis of carrier transport effects on the wavelength chirp of SCH-QW lasers

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingsChapterpeer-review

Abstract

We drive a numerical model, based on physical principles, for a separate confinement heterostructure-quantum well (SCH-QW) laser. Effects of carrier transport on the transient responses and chirp characteristic is analyzed by means of finite-difference method.
