Abstract
The workshop and exercise are concered with social networks and supporting participants to consider their social support network from different perspectives.
During the workshop particpants learn about social support and scenarios are used in groups to consider and brainstorm relevant supports for the scenario presented. When completing the workbook individually particpants visualise and categorise their support networks, gaining awareness of who they rely on, where their network is stroing and where it may need dvelopment.
It is aimed at strenghtening coping ability in periods of transition and change.
