Novel optical active filters using injection locked slotted fabry-pérot semiconductor lasers

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingsChapterpeer-review

Abstract

Investigation into tunable optical active filters using slotted Fabry-Pérot semiconductor lasers is described. A wavelength selectivity of 10GHz with a suppression in excess of 20dB between filtered and unfiltered wavelengths is demonstrated.
