Polarization-entangled photons from site-controlled pyramidal quantum dots

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingsChapterpeer-review

Abstract

For the first time, polarization-entangled photon emission is demonstrated from epitaxially grown site-controlled quantum dots. The predicted crystallographic high symmetry reproducibly allowed growing samples with regions with at least 15% of entangled photon emitters.
