Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingsConference proceedingpeer-review

Abstract

Pyramidal quantum dots are an extremely versatile, site-controlled system. They offer extremely high uniformities and high spectral purity. Moreover their structure can be tailored to the envisaged application, just acting on simple growth parameters. High symmetry properties complete the picture.
