Abstract

This project is carried out with funding by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument in cooperation with the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support of the European Commission.

This project was funded by DG REFORM under TSIC-RoC-20023 and is delivered through private consultancy services led by AARC, and supported by MacCabe Durney Barnes, Trinomics, University College Cork and Compass Informatics.
