    Abstract

An example of one of the many research reports under private consultancy contracts (around 100 and too numerous to be listed under this system) produced for various international development projects around the world. This particular study involved meetings in Brussels, London, Eswatini, Jamaica and Mauritius in order to bring ACP countries together to form a joint position and statement in negotiations with the European Union over the EU-ACP Sugar Protocol. It ensured that the European Commission compensated ACP states for rescinding the Sugar protocal agreed in the early 1970s.
