Simulations of barrier traversal and reflection times based on event enhanced quantum theory

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The formalism of event enhanced quantum theory is used to simulate traversal and reflection times of electrons through a one-dimensional barrier. The dependence of these times on the parameters of the barrier and the detectors is examined and the results are compared with those of selected approaches.
