Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingsChapterpeer-review

Abstract

We present a method for fabricating single-input optical microbubble resonators with diameters less than 100 μm. We observe a mode shift up to 22 GHz in the spectra when water is inserted into the cavity.
