Abstract
This article is the second part to a previous Journal of International Banking Law and Regulation article. The article progresses beyond the analysis of the emergency setting of the COVID-19 pandemic towards scrutinising how financial support measures can be retained, but reformulated, to serve public policy objectives relating to sustainability and digitalisation.
