Abstract
The Lios (pronounced ‘liss’) is an installation work, comprising two separate immersive environments. Thematically focused on the lios at Warren Beach, near Ballymacoda in East Cork, the work is a combination of oral history with experimental motion-sensing and haptic (touch-sensitive) interfaces.
