Three-dimensional mapping of photosensitizer distribution for interstitial photodynamic therapy dosimetry

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

A reconstruction scheme is adopted for retrieval of photosensitizer concentration in human prostate. The scheme utilizes interstitially positioned optical fibers. Results, based on modeled data, indicate potential for homogeneous and heterogeneous photosensitizer distribution reconstruction.
