Two-photon excited flourescence microscopy with time and wavelength resolved detection

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Two-photon excited fluorescence microscopy is performed for unstained tissue-, plant- and paper samples. Spectroscopic identification of naturally occurring fluorophores is made by including a time- and wavelength resolved detection.
