Abstract
The paper presents recent developments in quality assurance of radiation cancer treatments involving RADFETs (MOSFET dosimeters) developed and manufactured at Tyndall National Institute. Construction of a RADFET linear array for intracavitary in-vivo dosimetry is described in detail.
