I studied Translation and Interpreting in Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) where I also did a Masters degree on Translation and Information Technologies.
In 2010 I started working in UCC as a Catalan language demonstrator. Here in UCC I teach Catalan Language and Catalan Cultural Studies to second and final year undergraduate students, and new technologies applied to translation to MA students. I am also involved in the organisation of cultural events for the promotion of Catalan culture in Cork.
My teaching and research interests are Catalan studies, Translation studies and new technologies applied to translation.
