BIOGRAPHY

<< John graduated with an LLB (Law and European Studies) from the University of Limerick in 2009 and an LLM (e-Law) from University College Cork in 2010. He is currently completing a PhD under the supervision of Dr. Mary Donnelly. The thesis aims to identify an appropriate legal framework for specialist palliative care. As such, this research examines the legal and ethical issues raised by palliative medicine. In addition to tutoring in the School of Law, John works as a researcher in the Governance Risk and Compliance Technology Centre based in UCC. >>
