Biography
Deirdre Kearney is a Project Manager within Academic Affairs & Governance, University College Cork. She is a CIMA Part-qualified accountant and an honours graduate of Business Management and a soon to be graduate of Strategy and Innovation. Prior to taking up this role in February 2017, she made an exceptional impact as the Research Information Officer within the Office of the Vice President for Research & Innovation, UCC. In addition, she spent a number of years working in a large Pharmaceutical multi-national as an accountant and financial analyst.
Research Interests
Her research interests therefore focus on improving research
administrative processes through the application of information systems
and technology to meet Institutional strategic planning objectives.
