Biography
Holly Peters is working as placement coordinator in the B.Ed. Physical Education, Sport Studies & Arts (PESSA) programme in UCC. Holly is a graduate of the B.Ed. Sport Studies and Physical Education (SSPE) programme and subsequently completed a Research Masters (M.Sc.) in Dublin City University entitled "Youth Physical Activity Towards Health (Y-PATH), Meeting the Needs of Irish Teachers and Students". She has spent the last 10 years teaching Physical Education, French, wellbeing and religion in post-primary schools both in Ireland and abroad, as well as holding the position of Transition Year coordinator for a number of years. Holly has a keen interest in student and teacher wellbeing and co-authored the Nurture 4 Wellbeing Programme for Junior Cycle.
