Biography
I have extensive experience in Psychology and Organisational Behaviour, both in Ireland and the UK. Working for over fifteen years as an Organisational Psychologist, and lecturing on a variety of courses both in Management (Organisational Behaviour, and Enquiry Based Research) and Health Care (Mental Health, and Counselling). I am also a qualified Psychiatric Nursing Sister, with over a decades work experience, having previously practiced in the NHS UK. I have a number of publications and conference proceedings in the areas of Health and Management.
